You have 30 days from the exact date your item was delivered to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original product packaging.

  • Return Shipping Fee: $0.00 USD (Xoran covers 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email).
  • Restocking Fee: $0.00 USD (No restocking fees are charged under any circumstances).

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

  2. Provide your original order number and a brief statement verifying the item condition.
  3. Once authorized, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to drop off your package.
  4. Please print the label, attach it securely to the original package, and mail it back to us.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the product is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@xoran.shop with photo documentation. We will evaluate the issue immediately and provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. 10-Day Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will notify you whether your refund has been approved based on condition alignment.

Upon approval, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will automatically be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing days to post the transaction to your account.
